Processes and resources
Project planning, task assignment and team and resource availability. A shared view of the data instead of manually compiling reports.
Web applications and custom software
01 / USE CASES
A spreadsheet, an inbox and several separate tools are not always enough. We identify the tasks where a custom application could bring work together.
Project planning, task assignment and team and resource availability. A shared view of the data instead of manually compiling reports.
Access to documents, enquiries, statuses and agreed actions. What each person can see depends on their role.
Information flows, approvals and reporting. Features reflect the real stages of the process, including exceptions.
Connections to existing tools through available APIs or agreed file formats. We review documentation, permissions and responsibility for data.
A first release focused on the user’s most important task. We plan further features using observations and agreed priorities.
A review of the existing code and behaviour. We can plan a phased interface redesign, architecture improvements or replacement of selected components.
02 / FROM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLICATION
We agree the scope together and deliver in stages, so feature decisions reflect the project’s goals and resources.
We learn about users, data and workflows. We define priorities, requirements and the limits of the first release, identifying risks and dependencies.
We design user journeys and the interface. We build the frontend, backend and agreed integrations, checking key scenarios and permissions.
We prepare launch and handover. Afterwards, we can review feedback, organise the backlog and develop the application in further stages.

No. We can start with a problem description, sample data and a conversation with the people who carry out the process. We use this to organise requirements and agree the first release. Analysis can be a separate stage of our work together.
That depends on the available interfaces, documentation and permissions. We review data exchange options, error handling and updates. If a system has no API, we assess alternatives rather than assuming every connection is possible.
We choose the main problem and user journey the first version needs to support. We separate features essential to testing the assumption from later improvements. An MVP still needs testing and preparation for its agreed use.
Yes, after reviewing the code, documentation, dependencies and environments. First, we assess whether we can work safely and define technical priorities. We then propose changes and an approach to ongoing collaboration.
