§1 Privacy policy

1.     The owner of the website www.webmode.pl and the data administrator is Webmode Sp. z o.o. with headquarters at ul. Marywilska 58b / 213, 03-042 Warsaw, NIP: 5272755407, registered in the District Court for the capital city of St. Warszawy in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.

2.     We respect the right to privacy and we care about data security. For this purpose, it is used, inter alia, secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).

3.     Personal data provided in the form on the Webmode.pl website are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

4.     The data provided by the users of the Webmode.pl website will be used only for communication purposes and will not be used in any other way, including it will not be transferred or sold to other companies and third parties.

5.     We can process data such as: name, surname, company name, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address.

6.     Personal data is processed:

a)     in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data

b)     in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy

c)     to the extent and for the purpose necessary to make contact, shape the content of the Agreement, change or terminate it, and correctly implement the Services provided electronically

d)     to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject

7.     Each data subject (if we are their administrator) has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object to the processing and transfer of personal data, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.

8.     Contact with the person supervising the processing of personal data in the Service Provider's organization is possible via e-mail at the following e-mail address: office@webmode.pl.

9.  We reserve the right to process User's data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only in the scope of pursuing possible claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.

10.  We have the right to share the User's personal data and other data with entities authorized under the applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).

11.  The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.

12.  We have security on the server and we have access control introduced, thanks to which we minimize the effects of a possible breach of data security.

13.  Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we work closely.

 

§2 Cookies

1.     The Webmode.pl website uses cookies - these are small text files stored by the web browser on the user's device.

2.     The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.

3.     The information collected relates to the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, information about the time and date, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.

4.     The collected data is used to monitor and check how users use our website to improve the functioning of our website, ensuring more effective and problem-free navigation. We monitor user information using the Google Analytics tool that records the User's behavior on the website.

5.     In the web browser, it is possible to change the settings for cookies and to manually delete them. The user may at any time modify the configuration of cookies in the web browser settings. If you do not change these settings, you accept the cookies used on our website.

6.     We use the following cookies on our website:

a)     Session cookies: temporary files, are stored on the User's end device until the end of the browser session, logging out, leaving the website pages or turning off the device.

b)     Persistent cookies: files that remain stored on the User's device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are manually deleted by the user; leaving the website pages, logging out, ending the web browser session or turning off the device does not delete them; the function of persistent cookies, as a rule, comes down to identifying new and existing Users of the website.
