Websites and portals

Websites that do more than make a good impression.

We build business websites, corporate sites and extensive web portals. From the initial concept and UX/UI design through CMS implementation to ongoing development and support, we make sure your website is appealing, easy to manage and ready for your business’s next steps.

01 / WHAT WE CREATE

One website. Many possible roles.

We start with the website’s role in your company. Presenting services calls for a different plan from a portal with an extensive content library.

01

Business websites

A clear introduction to your company, offer and experience. We help organise information and make it easy for people to get in touch.

02

Corporate websites

An extensive structure for different audiences, with room for services, brands, news, resources and additional languages.

03

Web portals

Content-led websites with categories, search, related content and convenient editorial tools. Features are shaped by the audience’s needs.

04

Multilingual websites

A consistent structure and translation management. We plan publishing for different markets during the research stage.

05

Content management systems

An interface for everyday content editing, with fields and permissions tailored to the people managing the website.

06

Website modernisation

We review the existing website and decide what is worth keeping. We reorganise its structure, refresh the interface or plan content migration.

02 / SCOPE OF WORK

From the first questions to launch.

We agree scope and stages before work begins. We can handle the whole project or contribute to a selected stage.

03 / CHOOSING TECHNOLOGY

Needs first. Tools second.

We choose technology based on the content structure, editorial needs, planned features and budget. We also consider ongoing maintenance and future development.

We have experience with Drupal websites and can also use WordPress or custom software where the project calls for it. For a redesign, we review which content and URLs to keep, how to prepare the migration and what CMS editors need. Technology choices also account for future updates and maintenance.

CONTENT MANAGEMENT

  • WordPress

BACKEND

  • PHP
  • Laravel
  • Symfony

FRONTEND

These are some of the technologies we work with. We choose each solution to fit the project’s needs, budget and development plans.

05 / GOOD TO KNOW

Before we begin.

What should I prepare for our first conversation?

Tell us what your company does, who the website should reach and what it should help them do. Your current URL, examples of needed features and an indicative timeline and budget are useful. You do not need a finished specification: we can clarify the scope together.

How long does a website take, and what does it cost?

That depends on the scope, number of page types, features, content migration and readiness of materials. After our conversation, we define the scope and stages, then prepare an estimate and schedule. We discuss changes to the assumptions before implementing them.

Will we be able to edit content ourselves?

For a CMS project, we agree what your team will update independently, such as services, projects and news. We tailor fields and permissions to editorial work. Changes to the overall page composition are planned separately.

Can you develop an existing website?

Yes, after reviewing its technical condition and available documentation. We agree whether gradual modernisation or a new implementation is more suitable. Further development after launch is also possible under a separately agreed scope.
