Beckers.

For Beckers, a Tikkurila Polska brand, we designed and built a touchscreen application for inspiration areas in Castorama stores. It helped shoppers compare interior ideas and choose paint colours at the point of purchase.

Users browsed room settings across seven categories and changed the wall colours. The colour application method preserved shadows and photographic details, allowing the result to be judged in the context of the whole interior. The customer-facing application was built with AngularJS.

The second part was a content management system. An administrator could update room settings and the colour palette, then send them over the internet to the in-store applications. The system also collected statistics on views visited, colours selected and user journeys, broken down by location.

Webmode was also responsible for selecting suitable hardware and configuring it. We delivered a solution covering the shopper interface, administration tools and devices prepared for use in retail locations.
